They’re very passionate about dance and it shows in the way they teach and dance! Highly recommend this studio for anyone who is looking to get started!

Lawrence & Jewel are simply the best dance instructors! I’ve been taking classes with them for over a year now and was able to progress from a beginner to an advanced level. I always look forward to Thursday nights because of the class. They focus on partner work, technique, shines and styling. The classes are always challenging but so fun! My salsa skills have improved tremendously and so has my confidence with social dancing. The studio instructors are phenomenal and they strive for the best for all of their students. I am so grateful to have found them.

Just came back here for the first time since my birthday last year and it was absolutely amazing, again! Lisa and Anna were so charismatic and patient, and made learning so much fun! I will definitely be back and with friends next time!

Great for beginners or On 1 dancers! I’ve danced Salsa On 1 for many years sooo learning Salsa On 2 was a challenge initially, but Lawrence and Jewel are amazing teachers and have provided a safe and fun space to learn and really improve! My long time social dance partners/friends have taken notice of my improvement in a short amount of time since starting with Phoenix Salsa Dance and the Con Clave Team. It’s been a lot of fun, I’m feeling more confident in dancing, and it’s nice to have that variety. Definitely recommend to anyone with an interest and joy for Latin dance! ❤️

Amazing classes, and instructors! So much fun too! Jewel and Lawrence are so patient and supportive. I have taken 3 of the classes here over the last 3 weeks and all have been ?. Beginner Salsa bootcamp, beginner salsa class on Monday nights and the styling class. What I enjoy most is being able to learn step by step and build on the steps at each class. Private lessons with Jewel have been great too in helping me to get that extra attention so my steps can be just right. Not gonna lie, its hard work, but they make it fun too. There's a positivity here with not only the instructors but also the people in the class and an atmosphere of being able to make mistakes in a safe environment. Makes it so motivating to stick with it and then seeing yourself get better little by little feels so amazing! I am so glad I found these classes!! I would recommend any of the classes here to anyone looking for a place to learn how to dance!

Come here if you want to learn salsa! The instructors, Larry & Jewel, are the best. Not only are they passionate about salsa as an art but they can teach it well! Instruction is everything in learning anything and they’re both incredibly patient but also push you enough to expand your dancing skills. I’ve had an overall positive experience learning salsa with them. You do have to step out of your comfort zone and be consistent to see results, they’ll guide you, it can be done!

Larry and Jewel are the best teachers in town. Dedicated, passionate, and talented. Able to teach all levels and make salsa dancing possible for anyone to learn no matter their previous training. I started with absolutely no training and love the progress I have made over the past year.
