Quik Stop, in the time I've been going there, has always been a good place. Even though I don't have a car, I've noticed that the fuel prices are competitive. The deals and prices of food and drinks are also competitive. All the employees and staff are nice and respectful. I'd recommend it to anyone who asks me for such a business.

Most horrible customer service ever!! Raj, that seems to always be working. May be the owner, not sure. Anyhow, he is a miserable man that doesn't appreciate his customers. HE made a mistake and ended up owing me cash back. As I pointed this out to him he verbally insulted me as 4 young girls (who came in together yet only 1 was purchasing a very small item) stood in line behind me. Said I "made him lose 4 customers". He started actually shouting at me to get out of "his" store! This is as I remained very quiet and rational. Told me to never come back again. NO PROBLEM! Why would I give my business to a miserable, always disgruntled, ungrateful, plain mean old man? Steer clear of this guy! He doesn't deserve to work in customer service whatsoever. I would give this man and this location a negative 100 if I could. As well it's been told to me by a person that actually did this....this so called man also allows people to purchase alcohol and cigarettes with food stamps.

The front right pump facing the store is broken and will not shut off automatically. Clerk didn’t care at all and gave me no response when I asked if it was save to turn on my engine. Gas everywhere, money wasted. I ended up pushing my car in neutral away from the pump and turned it on after doing some Google research to make sure it was safe. Never returning.

This used to be the cheapest gas in Reno. The clerk's are nothing to brag about. They are just there. Never ever making my day one way or another. So don't expect much in the way of chatter or anything else. Most days they're busy. Go towards the evening and the traffic is light. Thank you for listening.

My favorite fashion station. I'm disappointed that the gas prices have risen but the staff at this store are very nice. I am always greeted with a hello & a smile. They also let me get ice every time I visit and never charge me. I love it

Stopped in there 7/30/20 to buy a pack of smokes. Thought it a little odd that the women ID me but didn't scan my ID like most places do.But she also seemed to really focus on my name on my card and ID matching. About an hour later I get an alert from my bank. two charges totaling 350 dollars to a random square account. I know this is common when you pay at the pump as its easier to put a skimmer on a pump without people noticing. Not so much in the store.

I used to work in the area 13 years ago so that is where I got gas In the morning was always better which was around 6:45 I don’t work that way now, but still go there to get gas
I ave NEVER had a bad experience there ever! Employees have always been nice The place always clean Any coffee or food has been fine Any problems pumping gas has been my fault One reason I go there is 3 cents off a gallon of gas if you have a Smith’s card First I laugh I saved maybe 15 cents I don’t even know how much the tank holds
But, like I said they do a great job

Best price for gas in Reno (without a Costco membership). Clean restrooms. The best part was the employee, I believe her name is Cheyenne from my receipt. She was so pleasant and kind! Someone give that wonderful person a raise!
