Update* went in again, hot food consisted of 3 types of burritos and one extra burt slice of pepperoni pizza. No salads or sandwiches in the cold case. Nothing on the rollers if you even wanted a hot dog.

Hot food is always low in variety, quantity and quality. Doesn't matter if it's breakfast lunch or dinner hours. Asked for something fresh from the counter and they say they are all out of eggs so breakfast items are not a possibility. The chicken smells and tastes like it's canned and past it's expiration date. Don't bother em seems to be the vibe of the store

Came in at 11:30am and my husband asked the guy at the deli if he was able to make something off the board. The man said he was between breakfast and lunch and could only make certain things. My husband asked about a lunch item and the guy just says no. We asked him if he was making food at all and he just stared at us. What the heck The whole experience was super weird. I feel like the guy didn’t even know where he was.

Running from job to job my coworker and I stopped in at 8am looking for something hot to grab’n’go and we’re not picky.
There were 3-4 employees on site, empty hot racks with nothing to grab, we considered requesting the employees at the bon fire to make us something but one was simply standing around and there was already a line of people waiting to get their order.
We also considered that there was only one person checking people out at the tills.
We left and went somewhere else.

07/06/2024 ~ came into this location and ordered some Bonfire steak nachos loaded up with all the toppings. MARIA was the kitchen staff today and she did a PHENOMENAL job at preparing mine and my friends nacho orders!! These nachos are super super delicious and the price matches the quantity. Shoutout to Maria <3 !!!!!

Most of the cashier's are rude and they have the most disgusting fountain drink machine Ive ever seen. You litterally smell sour, rotten soda as you walk in.

I was using the bathroom at this store when some jerk came and told me to hurry up.
I informed him that I would be done when I was done. Instead of leaving, he pressed the issue, continuing to pester me.
Then another employee came seconds later and harassed me as well.
I complained to the "manager" who defended their imbecilic behavior.
This place is run by high-school dropouts and tweakers from what I can see.

Been a regular here for the past couple years. Consistently well-stocked, very clean. I get an iced coffee and the creamers are always full. At other stores it’s common for them to be empty and then you have to go ask an employee to refill them. The team here is super friendly and they actually engage with you, which is pretty amazing considering the bullsh1t they have to put up with on a regular basis. One employee here always tells me I look like a carbon copy of one of his close friends and I joke with him that I’m the better copy ?. Diana is also very friendly and engaging. They really make you feel welcomed here
