I’ve only visited twice but it’s really good- I bought the pudding milk tea which was amazing and two onigiri, my mom like the chicken one and I had the tuna mayo.

There was only one staff at the time, I think but it wasn’t that crowded. They also seem nice and was very patient of me during my second visit.

I hope to visit again soon! 😀

Horrible bubble tea. Very watered down, no flavour. Sometimes the warm food is nice but also pricey. For the bubble tea, ordered the large brown sugar and matcha bubble tea with slight ice. It tasted like water and milk with boba. Yuck. Don't know if it was a bad batch or not mixed properly by the staff but it was such a waste of money.

The “convenience store” is not convenience, do not come here if you’re looking for something convenience unless you want to be welcomed with the SLOWEST service. Staffs do not acknowledge your presence when you enter but instead greet you with a frown! I was the only costumer in the store with 2 staffs! They just ignore you waiting for you to be assisted even though they’re literally right in front of you doing whatever! I am certain that sweeping the floor and restocking the shelves can wait over checking costumers items out. So ridiculous, it’s like the staffs are miserable working here.

Bought 1 pack of beef meatballs and 1 pack of pork balls from this store. Charged me of 1 beef and THREE pork.

Previously been to this store before and had good experiences. But went again, and the customer service standards have obviously decreased. The staff members were cold and were not friendly, - three of them behind the counter conversating among themselves without greeting customers. It's a shame as this store used to be good. Perhaps, customer service training should be given again.

Me and my partner are usual customers at this shop and are usually very pleased with the service, the store itself, and the bubble tea. Until recently, we have had unpleasant experiences. First of all my partner ordered a 50% sugar tea and instead got a very low sugar tea and it was obvious. When my partner came back to the shop to ask for a new tea with the correct sugar, one of your associates was very rude and accusing stating that it was my partners fault and that he must of ordered a 25% tea but when we both knew he ordered 50% and it stated so on the receipt. Second of all, we have recently noticed that the same amount of sugar is put in all of the bubble teas. Me and my friend ordered a 75% pearl milk tea and a 25% pearl milk tea and when we tried each others it was exactly the same amount of sweetness. Dear Conveni Tokyo, we are regular customers and we would really appreciate if these problems could be solved as we rather enjoy this shop as it is a 5 minute drive from our work and we often bring it to the office for our associates to enjoy but if this continues for unfortunately this won’t be able to continue.
