Muhammad has always been very kind and generous, he works hard to ensure the deli food is of good quality, cooked well, And makes things rite if there's something wrong. This is the only gas station I use anymore, the gas Is always reasonably priced. The gas station is never over crowded like others in town, so it makes bringing my 2 year old to the gas station a lot easier. They are very kind to my little guy all the time. And they always make sure the air pump is working and maintained. Plus they have so many drink options, and will try the best they can to get products that you would like to see there. Thank you guys for all you do, and I hope you guys are here to stay for a long time! ?

My experience here today was terrible and won'tgo back unless absolutely necessary.

I was pumping my gas but put it on the automatic setting. The slowest one, which I typically do everywhere. I was doing things while it was pumping and turned to look back at it.

Gas was gushing out and spewing all over my vehicle and the ground. I quickly grabbed the nozzle to "click" (best wording I can thing of) it off that setting and pulled it from my vehicle. Gas was everywhere!!

I hit the call attendant button multiple times (idk if that even works tbh) and waved my hands in the air like a crazy person trying to get their attention. No one came. I grabbed a baby wipe to clean my hands, foot, and vehicle.

I had a baby in the car that was not in the traveling mood. I really didn't want to have to take him out to go inside because he wouldn't have went back into his car seat without a fight.

Anyway, an older gentleman was pumping gas to my left. He was walking by me to go inside.I asked him if he could get the attendant for me so I wouldn't have to get the baby out. He was kind enough to do so.

The older man returned and said the attendant wasn't really worried and wasn't sure what to do. They never came out.

I finally left because I was on a time constraint and clearly they weren't concerned. I did call, once I dropped the baby off, so that I could at least notify them personally about the accident. The attendant told me to come back by.

I came back to that gas station and went inside. I explained the situation to the attendant. He immediately went to looking for the receipt. He found it, then gave it to me. Not why I was there, but it was nice to have it since it didn't give it to me at the pump.

He proceeded to tell me that the pump had cut off like it was supposed to. I told him no, it didn't because I had to physically stop it due to it was spewing gas everywhere. He clearly didn't believe me.

I don't know when it started spewing so I don't know how much extra it charged me to fuel the ground. ? At this point, I didn't even care about that. I was worried about the gas on the ground and the faulty pump.

The guy literally was arguing with me telling me that nothing was wrong. I got so frustrated with him. I asked him if he understood what I was saying to which he claimed he did. I finally left saying forget it.

He could literally watch his recordings to see that what I was saying was true (if his cameras even work). I was trying to be nice and help them out by letting them know they had a faulty pump type situation going on but he was more interested in being right. I just don't understand people!!

Worst customer service!! I get it, you're a gas station. Customer service still goes a long way, though! Just freaking care even an ounce!! I don't know what actually happens in situations like this but I figured they'd like to know. Guess not!?‍♀️

FYI: It was pump #2 if anyone stops there. Just be cautious.

Hey guys and gals. If you want some great chicken and lots of other stuff to go with it. Get it here now. Mike has added a deli to the store. Great service. Great people. Good food prepared fresh daily!
