On 6/3/2023 I went to this location to pull 4 money orders for my elderly mother. These jerks counted the i had $1400 cash I had with me. BOTH of us counting $1400. Then he placed the bills into the bill counter which only counted $1300. I was forced to withdraw another $100 to obtain the money orders needed for My mom to pay her rent. This is not the first time their bill counter counter $100 less than what was given. When I tried to explain the error to the older gentleman, I was told to BE SILENT!!!!! I was so angry, I felt it best to not get into a confrontation that would make them appear to be some oppressed group of people and end up with me in jail..... so I took the money orders and left.
Upon leaving I was speaking to another woman outside who stated that they do this all the time to white women, it's usually people trying to pay bills or get money orders from them.... I hate to bring race into this however this lady I spoke to seems to believe that gender and race have a lot to do with who they decide to rip off...
I am filing a complaint with NV dept of consumer affairs and I encourage anyone else that has had their money taken by this business to do the same. They need to be investigated and either stop stealing from customers OR be put out of business entirely. They've lost a customer as I will never do business here and will be telling everyone i meet to stay away from this shady organization. The people in thus neighborhood are already financially strapped without these people taking more of their hard earned money in a typical scam to pocket $100 for themselves.

There's a very nice young woman working there when I went in to pay my bill this morning. However, I left my cane there and when I called back later (early afternoon, about an hour after I was there), a foreign gentleman answered the phone and theater that because of his English he could not help me. He's supposed to be able to run the store by himself including Western Union and the slots but couldn't understand the statement 'I believe I left my walking stick there'. That seems very suspicious to me. I think you may have kept it for himself and played the foreign card so that he wouldn't have to talk to me. I honestly think he may have stolen it from me which is a shame, to have stolen somebody's cane... And if you didn't, and his English really is that bad, then what kind of customer service can he possibly offer to folks attempting to make payments, use Western Union, purchase everyday items and or use their slot machines?

If you're looking for one of the best selections of beer for a convenience store, look no further! They're prices are excellent and they always have special deals on select beer. There attached is very helpful and friendly. Plus, you're supporting a local man and his family.

Western Union was fast easy went to pick up Mony a after going to like five stores I was in there for more then 2 min wish every store was as welcomeing

Friendly street level store. It has thorough assortment of beers, wines and liquor. The grocery section surpasses that of local 7-11's, along with ATM, Western and utility bill paying!
