We came from out of town. The store is nice and has variety. The cashiers have bad manners and are rude. We bought drinks , snacks. We ate our chips outside the parking lot in our car before driving and the security told us the employees said we had to leave. The worst would never come back

1st Time Here. Clean store. But it seems they dont want to Fix the Restrooms for the paying Customer?
The Molina's Hamburger Combo was Delicious, fresh Vegetables, Tasty Good Meat, Nice puffy Buns and what I really liked there was No Grease coming out of the Burger. Just for this Tasty Delicious Burger and the CLEANEST of the Store they get 3 stars?
I will come again but I will leave if these Restrooms ARE NOT FIXED.

This store gets 1 star today because I am sincerely grieved by what I have just experienced. What I thought was a little gem, became one of my WORST experiences with customer care to date. RUDE staff. I have an office across the street and walked over with to grab a bite btw clients. Its Good Friday. I chose the fish plate (rice, beans, and I asked for a popper). I was handed a ticket that I took to the clerk. The clerk stated she did not need my ticket. As I do not know their procedures, it had appeared they'd conferred regarding my order. I paid via Apple Pay and leave.

No sooner was I headed to cross the street did I hear commotion behind me, I helpful bystander, "hey!" and gesturing over to the clerks and guard by the door, "You didn't pay for that popper!" Mind you this is a $3-$4 item and I'm getting accused as if I've stolen something, essentially front of my own business with clients on the way, smh. I state that I did offer to hand her my ticket and she just went on, "I don't know what you order by that ticket." As if I am to know what their procedures are... smh.

She said she had it, "you got the plate." At the counter (and with more privacy), I let her know that I did not appreciate her attitude with me either. It became an argument with me, as the customer, that she did not HAVE an attitude, that she would have had to pay for that pepper popper. I did let her know that that information was not necessary, that her attitude was NOT okay! The 2nd clerk, that I thought would intervene with de-escalation tools for customer care, instead escalated with, "WELL IF YOU DON'T LIKE OUR ATTITUDE HERE THEN YOU CAN LEAVE!! AND DON'T COME BACK IN HERE!!" AND proceeded to ask the security to escort me out. Once outside, I was grateful for him as he held space with me, meeting me with professionalism and basic civility. I recommend this security guard, Officer Mata, provide this STAFF with a training on handling community. He was amazing. Had any given juncture of this ordeal been met with "our apologies, we failed to ring up an item, would you mind, xyz.." this would have been a small matter. Instead I was met with JUVENILE BEHAVIOR and a SENIOR staff endorsing it. As a psychotherapist working across the way, ESPECIALLY, this public display and accusation could have threatened my business this day, not to mention my LICENSE for failure comply with law. ETHICAL standards ought to apply everywhere, treating customers with DECENCY from homeless to fellow businesses alike. I honestly felt targeted as I am also a black woman as well. It wreaked of micro-aggression. I will ABSOLUTELY hold my responsibility for ADVOCATING against social injustice until I meet with management or hear back from corporate, SOMEONE, that represents the company, that can respond with civility instead of BANNING me for being severely grieved today. God HELP US.

This restaurant has the best hamburgers in town. The tacos are also absolutely scrumptious. Everything is very fresh because they have a meat market right there. I highly recommend it for great food before going walking and window shopping at The Pearl.

Molinas on North Alamo sucks.
Especially the Taco lady. Every time I go in there that lady who serves Tacos has a sorry attitude does not even say good Morning. She needs to work on her people skills
If she hates her job the quit.

This place is a Big Rip Off!!!!. I bought 2 tacos with bean and potatoes and a small fountain drink. Total was close to 9 dollars . That's ridiculous I could have gone and got a whole meal somewhere else for that amount. Apart from that the lady who serves is rude also. They all need to fix their attitude.

The employees there are a bit rude and they close the restrooms 2 hours before they close at 10pm. Use to be a great spot to go to until the area got developed. Sad to see the hospitality culture dim away as the city continues to grow.
