THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! The name 7-Eleven should be placed out front we drove all the way here (30 min delay) and had to LEAVE because we couldn’t find the seven eleven BECAUSE IT SAYS “ON-RUN” this place deserves to get sued.

Store is relatively clean and well stocked... But cashier on 6pm shift had a bad attitude... not only did she make inappropriate comments about the client in front of me (an older woman having issues with the pump) she kept this attitude with me. She also tried to wrap me into speaking bad about the previous client in spanish... Error!!! She said she wasn't in the mood to deal with ppl with boring attitudes... I ignored her comment and was ignored in return when I asked for something behind the counter... so I had to ask a bit more firmly and her eyes almost rolled out of her head... paid and left.

Like if you are that miserable at your job... ask to leave, work in the back or call out... these days attitude makes or breaks your business...

I don’t even wanna put a star because they don’t deserve it they should get 0 stars I went to put gas I clearly told the cashier twice 30 $ on pump 7 I pay and I leave I start to pump gas and it stops at 7$ I went back inside and I told her how much did you put and she said you told me 7$ and you told me on pump 3 mind you she doesn’t speak English and I’m speaking to her In Spanish I told her twice 30 on 7 I had to get more cash and pay again she told me next time pay attention and don’t be talking on the phone even the damn manager was rude this will be the last time going there good lucky with the morning shift. They need to hire people that speak both Spanish and English good so we don’t have this issue. If your not a morning person don’t work in the mornings simple made me waste my damn time

I was here just now and the man who I believe is a bald headed douche bag made an ignorant comment how people are supposedly mean because they order pizza but don’t have the money to pay for it I was not there when he said that ignorant comment my mom told me because she heard him say this I was at bank getting cash to pay for it not because I didn’t have the money but cause at the they gave me a temporary card that unfortunately can not be used as a debit card. I will be contacting someone to discuss about that nasty attitude this employee had and not to make ignorant comments in front of customers regardless if they are right or wrong. Also they they are getting one star because unfortunately they still make us put a star.

Visited the store after arriving to Miami at 1 AM. The associate was so rude. She ignored me as we stood face to face at the counter. She kept ticketing her items with her price gun and refused to make eye contact. After 1-2 minutes, she then huffed like I was annoying her and proceeded to ask what I needed. I guess she assumed I didn’t speak Spanish since I don’t “look Cuban,” but to her clear surprise I do. If it wasn’t an emergency I wouldn’t have waited.

I love the location. Very convenient. I also had some bad experiences here. The staff are not as welcoming. The outside always looks dirty. Certain items you come in to buy at this store may not be available

Cashier was volgur with me, because I wanted the price displayed. She told me very volurly she didn't care, if I didn't like it call the owner. I took a picture of item and displayed price. I also tried to take a picture of the cashier, because she wouldn't give me her name. She slapped my hands hard and threw my phone on the floor. While I waited for the police they closed the door and the cashier and another woman bullied me. I was afraid and left the store. There was a police car in front of store with no police in sight. Never again!
