The tacos are very good and grilled fresh as you wait for your food. Takes a few extra minutes, but it is worth waiting for!

the mcelroy brothers have hyped this place up. a cincinnati native, i have never seen one of these mythical “sheetz” establishments, and now i have. we were in a rush to purchase and consume caffeine at a rapid pace, so i did not get to order any food or drink, but they were in fact open at 12 AM!

a little pricey! not sure if that’s just because its extremely convenient being off exit 69 (haha) or because we were in columbus or because its a sheetz or what— but it seemed like a nice, clean place. the AC was kicking too, a nice reprieve from the sweltering summer we’re enduring.

In terms of quality ever since Covid Sheetz as a whole has dwindled in good quality ,growing up in Sheetz country I’ve witnessed this first hand , Sheetz continues to get bigger , and as the happens the quality control has just become non existent and they are becoming a shell of their former selves, paying extra for chili and cheese , and this is what they serve ? Where’s the chili ? Where’s the value?

I want to give a shout out to a sweet little lady by the name of Brittany an employee at Sheetz on West Broad Street. I come through at least five nights a week to get a coffee for me and my old lady and every night that I stopped in she is in there cleaning and I always staying busy making sure the coffee station is clean and tidy always wearing a smile and always ready to greet me I think the young lady deserves a raise keep up the good work sweetie

Do not come here and order breakfast before work. I was the 2nd of 2 people in at 4:32am, I ordered 8 min before I arrived. The Sheetz I always go to has my order done in that amount of time. I should have ordered earlier, but it took an additional 25 minutes to make a sandwich and a burrito. My burrito has been sitting half made for the last 10+ min while he’s making new fry’s and readying new orders. Nothing takes that long to heat up, and I watched, intently, he wasn’t waiting on anything to finish the burrito, he just stopped. Picture: my burrito sitting there cold while he’s off doing who knows what.
Never coming here again. It almost cost me more waiting for my food in lost wages, than my food cost today.

Finally had the chance to check out one of the new Sheetz here in Columbus. This one is great. Very clean and was in and out with the service. Bathrooms exceptionally nice. With it being right off the highway, we were able to zip off and on pretty fast.

UPDATE: They have consistently been better since writing this review. Still a little slow occasionally, but it has improved from what I can tell. Very friendly seeming staff.

I'm not one to write 1-star reviews usually, but this place's service consistently sucks for online ordering. I always wait at least 10 minutes at the drive-thru window before getting greeted. This last time was 15 minutes. I ended up pulling around and walking inside the store and still was not acknowledged until I physically waved down the girl at the food station. My order was sitting in the bag ready to go. This was 25 minutes after the order was placed. Then, I had to let the person know I got a drink with the order too.

There's no reason this should happen. Either replace the staff or get a new procedure for how orders/customers are handled with better training. If you are looking for a quick food experience, do not go to this location.

Good fresh subs. Staff members are very helpful especialy Sherri Bartlet. Appeciated the veterans which is very appreciated.
