The staff is always nice and helpful, and the service is fast! My only complaint about this Thornton's (which has nothing to do with Thornton's themselves), is that every time I go there, there's a 50/50 chance I'm going to be approached by someone asking for money. The only reason I don't like this, especially at night, is because of where their parking spots are, which are off to the sides of the building, and I'm always approached right outside my car door. It just makes me nervous, so I try to avoid going here after dark by myself.

So I'm not a big fan of the West side at 5am but recently I started coming into your store and i have to say that the gentlemen that work the morning shift are a great comfort to me in that they watch to make sure that not only myself but all the customers have a safe visit to the store. They greet you with a smile and start your day off right . The service has been excellent and I will continue to shop your store . I would say I'm probably in your store every other day and have always found it to be clean and well kept. I'm impressed with the gentlemen on my 5am visits, we need more workers like them that take pride in what they do. Thank you for the hard work you do that makes my visit a pleasant one .

The employees here are genuinely some of the nicest gas station employees i’ve ever met. i spilled a little bit of coffee on the floor and the guy was really nice and told me n to worry about it because he was about to clean anyway. Literally the only gas station I ever go to and they also have really good iced coffee when it isn’t out.

Stocked well except 5 Hour energy, have been out of stock for 5 days. There is an older lady that is a cashier, every time she is running the register she yacks with whatever customer that happens to be there untill a line forms and everybody waits. I go there every morning and it is a bother and an inconvenience. I also go there on my days off and she is off work by that time ...no line, no problem. Management needs to adress this problem, I drop alot of cash at this location and it really upseting me to the point of thing of going to BP....update on 1st post; ice cream cooler has been not stocked in months, not talking about ice cream such as ice cream bars or what not, ice cream in containers. Manager there allways unfriendly and actually glares at you at times. Only reason I frequent this establishment is because its close.

The only thing good that I can say about this gas station is that it is close to my house, other than that it is indescribable. No towels, don't get my 3 cent discount, because the system is down, and my 6 cents. Promotions. Usually no receipts are available. Etc, etc. Etc. If I could give them a zero stars that is what the would get.

Most of the people working there have been there awhile and they do great job,,, but some of the new people need to focus on the paying customers not the ones that have already paid and that are standing there in the way shooting the bull,, but I will give you three stars this trip

I was trying to pay gas outside had to go inside i was in line for 5 minutes and they changed the price while i was inside and didn't give it to me for price

Just stopped by to fill up on gas. Didn't get chance to go inside. Wasn't that bad outside. It was clean as I expected. Didn't have enough tissues at pump. I had to look at multiple pumps to find some..
